Projections Operator Position Profile Department: Worship Time: Monthly – 5hrs
Summary The purpose of this position, under the direction of the Worship Pastor, is to run the projections computer to display content on the main screens.
Big Picture • Run ProPresenter application to display lyrics during Sunday mornings practice and during both morning services.
Details Show up for Sunday morning practice that starts at 7am
• Turn on computer and projectors
• Run ProPresenter program during practice to make sure slides are all correct
• Run ProPresenter program during both services.
Time Requirements
• For a given weekend, the Projections Operator will serve from 7:00 AM-12:45 PM on Sunday
• Projections Operator may serve one or two weekends per month, depending on their availability, desire, and schedule
Physical Demands: TheProjections Operator must be able to ascend a set of stairs to get into the sound booth. The Projections Operator also needs to be able to sit during the worship portion of the service to run the program. Specific vision abilities required by this job include vision to read printed material and a computer screen, close vision, color vision and depth perception; hearing and speech to communicate in person.
