Time: Weekly – 5 hrs
Summary
The purpose of this position is to help lead the RCF congregation in corporate worship as a vocalist or instrumentalist
under the direction of the Worship Leader.
Big Picture
• Capture the service from 1 of 3 different vantage points.
• Be a team member in interacting with the Livestream Producer via headsets
Qualifications:
• Model worship for the congregation through your attitudes and actions.
• Strive to play your instrument to your greatest potential with excellence as unto the Lord.
• Attend scheduled rehearsals, services, and ministry events punctually.
• Dress in a modest manner that reflects your role in this ministry.
• Be responsible for your own instrument and keeping your area neat and in order.
• Strive to set an example, both onstage and off, of godly behavior.
• Must be a team player and willing to receive feedback
• The worship leader will typically have a “tryout” of some kind that differs based on your instrument.
Time Requirements
• Be available for 2 hours on Wednesday nights at 6 pm and 5 hours on a Sunday morning starting at 7 am.
• Additional events may require other time commitments
Physical Demands:
• A Worship Team Member will need to be able to ascend stairs to get onto the platform.
• Sit or stand for the duration of the worship set, and use earbuds for our monitors.
